Chef Gautam Thapar comes from a well backed hospitality experience by working for one of the finest Hotels & Restaurants of Melbourne (Rivers group Docklands , Stamford Plaza, Bay View on the Park ) with such tremendous experience and his love for Indian food he puts his heart and soul into Jai Ho’s Kitchen along with Chef Sunita Abbott one the trusties of Jai Ho is assisting the kitchen with her vast experience in creating one of the most innovative delicious Indian Dishes with over 30years of experience under her belt she is complimented by the head chef as the backbone of Jai Ho Kitchen. At Jai Ho we believe in using the finest ingredients as freshly grounded spices, fresh vegetables and finest cuts of meat for creating one of the most original rustic Indian cuisine. With the kitchen in great hands, The front is managed by the Director of the business himself Sunil Abbott with a vast 35year experience in the food and distribution industry, his immense passion for customer service & looking after guests of Jai Ho like family makes him enjoy his everyday experience at Jai Ho. Along with Sunil his Son Saurabh, daughter-in-law Vivian & daughter Shraddha looks after the front with the wonderful staff of Jai Ho and ensure to give each and every Jai Ho guest a memorable experience. We as a Jai Ho family desire to do something different and work our way up with strong grit and determination to make sure that the guests get a warm welcome as would experience being hosted as guests by a family in India.
